About Conner

Conner Mitchell is a litigation attorney who represents businesses and individuals in a variety of civil matters, including commercial, business, real estate, contested estate, and insurance litigation in both Tennessee state and federal courts.

Before joining Pepper Meeks & Whitaker, Conner practiced with a Tennessee litigation firm, where he represented clients in civil litigation throughout the state.

Conner earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating with honors. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Rhodes College in Memphis, where he was a member of the varsity football team.

A native of Franklin, Tennessee, Conner enjoys exercising, reading, following college football, and spending time with family and friends.
